   A connective ending used when admitting to the truth of the preceding statement and saying that it is the cause or reason for the following statement.

   앞에 오는 말을 인정하며 그것이 뒤에 오는 말의 원인이나 근거가 됨을 나타내는 연결 어미.

   ※ ‘있다’, ‘없다’, ‘계시다’나 ‘있다’, ‘없다’로 끝나는 형용사, 동사 또는 ‘-으시-’ 뒤에 붙여 쓴다.

• 다 같이 기숙사 생활을 하느니만큼 각자가 약간의 불편을 감수해야 한다.

  Since we're all living in the dormitory together, each of us has to put up with a little inconvenience.

• 앞으로 지속적인 물가 상승이 예상되느니만큼 아껴 쓰면서 지내야겠다.

  Since continued price increases are expected going forward, I should live frugally.

• 이번 여행은 혼자 가느니만큼 더 꼼꼼히 필요한 것을 챙겨야 한다.

  Since I'm going on this trip alone, I need to pack what I need more carefully.

• 이 일이 해결되려면 상당한 시간이 걸리느니만큼 느긋하게 기다리는 것이 필요하다.

  Since resolving this matter will take quite a while, it's necessary to wait patiently.

• 요즘 지수가 공부에 재미를 붙인 것 같아요.

  It seems like Jisu has recently taken an interest in studying.

• 맞아요. 열심히 공부하느니만큼 이번 시험에서 좋은 성적을 거둘 것으로 기대가 돼요.

  Right. Since she's studying so hard, I expect she'll get good grades on this exam.
