   앞말이 나타내는 행동을 반복하거나 그 반복되는 행동의 정도가 심함을 나타내는 표현.

• 오랜만에 만난 우리들은 신이 나게 떠들어 댔다.

  Meeting again after a long time, we chattered away excitedly.

• 영화가 얼마나 재미있는지 하도 웃어 대서 입이 아플 지경이었다.

  The movie was so funny that we laughed so much our mouths hurt.

• 배가 너무 고팠던 우리들은 아무 말도 하지 않고 먹어 대기만 했다.

  We were so hungry that we just ate and ate without saying a word.

• 지수야, 왜 학교에 안 가려고 하는 거니? 친구들이 자꾸 뚱뚱하다고 놀려 대서 학교에 가기 싫어요.

  Jisu, why don't you want to go to school? Because my friends keep teasing me about being fat, so I don't want to go.
