not only ~ but also

The verb/adjective-stem counterpart of -뿐만 아니라; attaches to a verb or adjective stem to add a further, often stronger point on top of what was just stated.

Examples

  • 그는 노래를 잘할 뿐만 아니라 춤도 잘 춘다.

    He is not only good at singing but also good at dancing.

  • 이 책은 내용이 알찰 뿐만 아니라 재미도 있다.

    This book is not only informative but also fun.
