   (informal addressee-lowering) An expression used to refer to and convey in the present a fact the speaker learned through a past experience to the listener.

   (두루낮춤으로) 과거에 경험하여 새로 알게 된 사실에 대해 지금 상대방에게 옮겨 전할 때 쓰는 표현.

• 아까 지수는 시장에 가더라고.

  I saw Jisu heading to the market earlier.

• 어제 보니 산에는 눈이 쌓였더라고.
